Zain Cheema from Pakistan noticed that around him in the temporary reception center in Blazuj, Sarajevo, people on the move often sought privacy away from the camp and assumed the same squatting position while using their mobile phones. Even though their phones provide an essential link for people on the move to their families and friends, there are few phone charging areas at the center.
